Inspired by Mighty Girl, I decided to make a list (to update and cross off) of things I’d like to do before I say adios. This list a hodge podge of ideas, adventures and little self work I’d like to complete in my lifetime. My goal is to cross everything on this list because life is long enough to do it all. Don’t you think?

100. Publish a coffee table book of my photographs
99. Feel completely comfortable and secure about my body
98. Learn to speak French and Italian fluently
97. Teach Maggie to ride a bike
96. Be IN the Coney Island Mermaid parade (not just watch)
95. Feel confident about my photography and maybe one day feel like I’m good
94. Have my own solo gallery opening
93. Own an art gallery
92. Find the love of my life or realize that I already have
91. Travel to every continent
90. Take Maggie backpacking across Europe
89. Drive cross-country with Maggie stopping at ridiculous road side attractions
88. Become a certified Yoga instructor
87. Go on a month-long Yoga retreat
86. Move to Europe and live in a seaside town
85. The ability to keep my house clean and organized for long periods of time
84. Dye my hair a pretty shade of blonde just once to see if they do have more fun
83. Have a predominantly vegetarian diet
82. Be able to financially take care of my parents if they are unable to take care of themselves
81. Start a women’s center to create a safe haven and village to take care of each other and our children
80. Start a travel magazine geared around traveling with children
79. Have one of my photographs in National Geographic
78. Have Mary Ellen Mark take a portrait of me and Maggie
77. Have one of my photographs in Rolling Stone Magazine
75. Go to a spa and be pampered for a day
74. Get all my good friends together for one full week
73. Take pictures of all my friends kids
72. Restore an old piece of furniture

70. Be able to meditate on a daily basis

68. Buy a piece of jewelry from Tiffanys

59. Go to the beach in the South of France

57. Finish Maggie’s baby books
56. Learn all the ins and outs of my camera
55. Own a Hasselbad camera
54. Own a leather belt with my name branded in it
53. Make a lot of my own clothes
52. Make at least one Halloween costume
51. Make a quilt out of pieces of Maggie’s clothes throughout the years that can’t be donated to charity.

I second seeing Radiohead live! Great list. I may be inspired to come up with one like it.
